Lounge Rules

—All guests must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID — no exceptions.
—Respect all staff and fellow guests at all times.
—No outside food or beverages permitted.
—Hookava reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
—Disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
—Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the agreed arrival time.

Bottle Service Policies

Bottle service is subject to current bar inventory. If you require a specific bottle or brand not currently in stock, requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for ordering.

An 18% gratuity will be added to all bottle service bills for the entire party. Gratuity is due and payable immediately upon receiving your bottle service — no exceptions.
